  1. I’m on a keto diet, no sugar or carbs
    Can you substitute sugar and starches in your recipes with something else?

    1. Yes, I often adapt my recipes with Xylitol and Stevia for sugar and other types of flours such as almond, coconut, buckwheat, etc.
